Jeremy has accumulated solid experience upon advising clients on various LEL matters, such as dismissal of undisciplined employee, sizable lay-off, international assignment, and employee settlement in M&A, liquidation and bankruptcy, etc. Before joining Fangda Partners, Jeremy worked with the labor law team of Chen & Co. Law Firm, a member firm of Ernst & Young, and earlier completed proven internship at King & Wood Mallesons. Jeremy earned both his degree of LL.B. and LL.M. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where he majored in Labor & Social Security Law in his master's program. Jeremy's working language is Chinese (native) and English (fluent).
